[Carpetx-developers] moving CarpetX repo to EinsteinToolkit github org

Hello all,

In the last CarpetX developer's call (March 20th) we discussed changing
the development model of CarpetX away from a pure pull request based
model and to allow direct pushes to feature branches and user owned
branches (to be prefixed by their user id, usually something like
"joe/mybranch" or "jane-mybranch" with the later being nicer to get a
URL for and the former being "traditional").

Changes to main / master will still require a pull request.

This was brought up with the ET developers in today's ET call and was
met with approval.

So be prepared that in the near future the CarpetX repository will be
transferred from "eschnett" to "EinsteinToolkit".

GitHub automatically forwards requests to the new location so old
repositories will continue to function and will automatically target
the moved repository (until Erik re-creates a personal clone of
CarpetX).

New checkouts should use the new locatio and thornlists used to check
out code should be updated.

Yours,
Roland
