    Trying to read in 3D output silo files and calculate ADM constraints.
    Get an error because of the mismatch of DistributionMaps between output time and read file time
    Implemented ADMconstraints in SpacetimeX

    Porting VolumeIntergral thorn to CarpetX
    Trying to figure out the best way to access the dx of the coarsest level
        Erik suggest to use patchdata->amrcore->Geom to have access to  https://github.com/EinsteinToolkit/CarpetX/blob/81e426ffe9bdfe455d249bab5ac3f60a8a861ef2/CarpetX/src/driver.hxx#L215
