[Carpetx-developers] move weekly meeting time

Hello all,

Right now it seems that Thu 2pm to 3pm CDT is the best time with only a
single participant that cannot make it. All other
options are worse (the current timeslot has 2 conflicts.

I will update the invitation email for this week.
