This is the last of them. All test suites that I could make run by 
removing BSSN_MoL or using McLachlan (new test in this case) are in. For 
some reason the commits to AHFinderDirect and Exact seem to not have 
generated commit emails (yet).

I have one more change that I cannot commit since I lack commit rights 
to Carpet (although my ssh-key might be in the proper files if waves.git 
shared the authentication with Carpet).

In Carpet/CarpetIOHDF5/test/input_initial_data.par one needs to change:

< IO::out_dir       = $parfilename
---
 > IO::out_dir       = $parfile
