A_i_rhs_no_gauge_terms.C, MoL_registration.C, compute_B_and_Bstagger_from_A.C, driver_evaluate_MHD_rhs.C, postpostinitial__set_symmetries__copy_timelevels.C
Log:
Fix remaining harmless unused variable warnings. Still some 'maybe-uninitialized' warnings, but these are also harmless. Also fix bug for as-yet untested symmetry option.
