Fix cross-version switcher links to be absolute
The Versions sidebar used build-root-relative links (pathto(..., true)), so
navigating from a versioned build (e.g. /kuibit/1.6.0/) to another version
resolved as /kuibit/1.6.0/1.5.1/... instead of /kuibit/1.5.1/... . Rewrite the
switcher hrefs in all deployed pages to absolute, site-root-anchored URLs. The
source template (docs/_templates/versions.html) is fixed separately for future
builds.
