  TEMP: regenerate 1.6.1 docs (correct title + sidebar + absolute links)

The deployed 1.6.1 docs were built from the 1.6.1 tag whose conf.py still had
release = '1.6.0' (so every page is titled 'kuibit 1.6.0 documentation') and a
stale sidebar list. This branch is code-identical to the tag but carries the
docs fixes. Builds and deploys ONLY to gh-pages/1.6.1/. Do not merge.
