 The user guide is now regenerated automatically and copied to

   http://damiana2.aei.mpg.de/~ianhin/simfactoryuserguide/

 when the documentation source changes in SimFactory.  Now we just need
 this system to be transferred to an official CCT machine and synced to the
 simfactory.org domain.
