Comment:

 Almost!  The McLachlan tests now pass with the stable Carpet, but
 ML_BSSN_sgw3d still fails for the development version
 (http://damiana2.aei.mpg.de/~ianhin/testsuites/einsteintoolkit/).  The
 only difference is in kxx:

       kxx.x.asc: substantial differences
       significant differences on 16 (out of 36) lines
       maximum absolute difference in column 13 is 0.000822901437894541
       maximum relative difference in column 13 is 0.0560528644051835
       (insignificant differences on 16 lines)

 and this is significantly above roundoff.  Reopening ticket.
