 Running on a single thread no longer triggers the segfault. So to
 summarize the combination required to trigger the problem:
 * Mercurial version of Carpet
 * Vectorisation enabled
 * Datura or Damiana (or at least not Kraken)
 * Optimisation (-O2) enabled
 * >1 OpenMP thread
 * Moving boxes AMR

 and then the segfault happens in ggf::recompose_free_old(int).
