 Erik renamed PreparedSubmitScript to just SubmitScript. When submission
 happens, you can see the final output (after all the substitutions and
 variables have been expanded) submission script at
 <basedir>/<simulationname>/output-<xxx>/SIMFACTORY/SubmitScript

 When submitting a simulation with the current revision r1220, you will see
 debug output similiar to the following:

 Info: saving substituted submitscript contents to:
 /work/mwt/simulations/rr_test/output-0000/SIMFACTORY/SubmitScript

 You can then look at that file to see the final contents of the
 SubmitScript.
