 The error occurs in GetAllActive. It would be good to get better line
 number information. Maybe you can use compiler options to provide these;
 otherwise, disabling inlining, disabling optimisation, or adding printf
 statements in GetAllActive may help. Maybe gcc would provide better debug
 output than Intel.

 What are the values of m, rl, and c that are passed into GetAllActive?
