 Downloading from https://docs.einsteintoolkit.org via wget doesn't work
 because its certificate is not valid. When I try to use http instead of
 https, I find myself redirected to https. This is senseless -- we can't
 get https to work correctly, then we should at least offer a fully
 functional http instead.
