 Do you know if it is possible to have cia.vc send out emails whenever the
 rss feed "triggers" or have a commit message send to the ET commits
 mailing list instead?

 Should we close the ticket as "wontfix" then since it has been decided
 that there will not be a Carpet mailing list?
