 I attach my current version of these files.  There are generic loops
 CCTK_LOOP3, constructs with pre-defined sizes CCTK_ENDLOOP3_ALL,
 CCTK_LOOP3_INTERIOR, CCTK_LOOP3_BOUNDARIES, and also strided versions of
 each (CCTK_LOOP3STR etc.). The strided versions operate only on every nth
 grid point.
