Comment (by hinder):

 The text on the ET site is too large, in my opinion.  Maybe it makes it
 more "friendly".  Anyway, an "em" is a measurement which tells you the
 width of a letter m in a given font.  To set the font size in terms of ems
 doesn't seem very logical!  I would set the font size in points.
