 in that case: None of the old reduction interface in section "C1.7.4" use
 the users guide
 http://einsteintoolkit.org/documentation/UsersGuide/UsersGuidech9.html#x13-110000C1.7
 seems to be described in the reference manual anymore. Is this because
 they are not to be used anymore (some quite useful, eg.
 CCTK_ReduceLocScalar).
