Comment:

 TmunuBase schedules SetTmunu in Mol_PostStep, which is run in post_recover
 variables.

 The remaining questionable scheduling of SetTmunu has to do with
 atmosphere handling, which needs cleaning up anyway.

 I close this ticket.
