Comment (by hinder):

 Since WeylScal4 already supports different finite differencing orders with
 a keyword parameter, I implemented the new method in a way which maintains
 backward compatibility.  We can keep this for one release so that people
 have a chance to update parameter files, then we can drop the old method.

 Patch attached. OK to apply? (along with code regeneration patches etc)
