Is that the whole output of !GetComponents, or does it also print other
text? When I try the same as you, I get:

I have not waited for it to finish, but it seems to work for me. Did
GetComponents create a Cactus directory? Is there anything inside it?
Some other questions which might be relevant:
* What operating system are you using?
* What machine are you running on?
* Where are you located physically in the world?
* Could it be a firewall issue at your university/institute/company?
