Comment (by knarf):

 Accumulator parameters are not an issue because addition is commutative
 and setting accumulator parameters directly is not possible. Aside from
 the ActiveThorns issue nothing in parameter files was so far dependent on
 the order (and we should resolve that once and for all as well IHMO).
