 The page at the url you cite does have a download button; it is labelled
 "Original Format" and leads to https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/raw-
 attachment/ticket/1003/0003-GRHydro-add-routines-to-access-
 CarpetEvolutionMask-e.patch (which downloads the patch rather than display
 it).
