 Currently GetComponents adds the current path to whatever is given in
 --root which then turns into something like:

 can't cd to /home/knarf/tmp//home/knarf/CactusLovelace/repos/EinsteinExact

 (wd is home/knarf/tmp/ and --root=/home/knarf was given).
