 Applied as CRL hashes 49a75dfd88106c5539032f3625c50b5e61113204 "make
 anonymous checkout the default", a7e61d7b17bcfa4e295b2cd8d420bb81d6239262
 "make full clone the default" and 514d56dc7f0a3db87215d673ed161cdff5161f29
 "Declare $shallow". I updated the wiki and website to remove -a
 --noshallow and to add --parallel.
