Comment (by hinder):

 I have created a new branch in the MoL repository called "imex" and
 committed this patch to it.  The branch is based off r173, before the
 multirate changes, because there are nontrivial conflicts with multirate.
 The ET compiles if you exclude GRHydro (and its dependencies) from the
 thornlist, since GRHydro needs multirate.  I have not run the code.
