Comment:

 This has the error above corrected.

 It also introduces new macros CCTK_LOOP_INT, CCTK_LOOP_BND, and
 CCTK_LOOP_INTBND that do not require specifying the boundary widths --
 these are obtained via an aliased function from thorn CoordBase.
