 Yes. Unfortunately right now I get a SEGFAULT right after the error
 message. Currently I am doing a recompile from scratch.

 Even with the segfault I should be able to tell if this improves the
 situation.

 From the look of the patch and the fact that the error is MPI process
 number dependent the fix seems to be in the right direction.
