 Approved.

 Can you change the order of the options listed in the OPTIONS statement?
 The three options LAPACK_INC_DIRS, LAPACK_LIB_DIRS, and LAPACK_LIBS should
 be listed together, as they have a similar meaning. LAPACK_INSTALL_DIR is
 separate from the other four, and should probably be listed last.
