Comment:

 They had not been committed yet. I just committed them to trunk right now.
 Most of them affect only the MHD version, patch 0002 adds extra info
 output to the routine that checks c2p_failed in poststep and would have
 been nice to have. No bugs were left out. They were committed as rev 431
 -- 439 of GRHydro.
