Comment (by rhaas):

 Committed 0003, 0004 and 0005 as rev 124, 125 and 126 of Hydro_Analysis
 (0004 and 0005 modify only warnings are default to the old behaviour). I
 fully expect this to take a while since some patches are quite extensive.
