 Yes, this can easily be increased. The cost is low.

 Instead of writing complex code in Trigger and hundreds of lines in a
 parameter file, you could write a short routine in C to handle the
 triggering. That would be a custom, one-off thorn, but may in the end be
 easier and safer.

 "FullFilled" should be changed to "Fulfilled" (no camel-case, fewer ells).

 This is a feature request and should be reviewed by the release manager.
