 The attached patch makes CCTK_REAL16 more flexible. Instead of assuming
 that it is real*16 in Fortran, Cactus allows any real*N for user-specified
 values of N. This enables using CCTK_REAL16 e.g. with gcc versions that
 call it real*10.
