 PostInitial) unconditionally schedules GRHydro_InitialAtmosphereReset
 instead of selecting between GRHydro_InitialAtmosphereReset,
 GRHydro_AtmosphereResetM and GRHydro_AtmosphereResetAM depending on
 parameter options.
