Comment:

 patch 0006 is important for all runs using excision, 0018 affects only hot
 eos runs. A further patch that affects all runs is the introduction of a
 dedicated grid function for sqrt(detg) in 0019. Patch 0017 will affect
 results at the truncation error level.
