 The attached patch
 https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/attachment/ticket/1276/Cactus_intel_no_restrict
 disables restrict for the version of Intel compiler I can test. Other
 versions might need to be added, but someone else (who has them) would
 need to test that. With this patch, testsuites that segfaulted before now
 pass.
