Comment:

 Fixed. The problem was a dependency on CartGrid3D in configuration.ccl
 which didn't really exist. In fact, it hurt because it introduced (unused)
 GFs with dimention 3, clashing with the thorns GFs with dimension 1.
 CartGrid3D is here not necessary, the thorn sets up it's own coordinate
 system.
