Comment:

 Currently (and by default), it seems to be reverse-alphabetical order,
 which of course seems quite random. However, the default trac code doesn't
 provide an easy way to change this, e.g. by the simple config. We would
 need to write a costum plugin, e.g. ala http://demo.codesetter.com/node/19
