 I have applied MoL-IMEX.diff.3 and made some additional changes (mostly to
 make it more efficient). None of this will affect the original behavior of
 the patch.
 I tested the IMEX integrator with a small toy code and with the Einstein
 equations using a modified version of CTGamma. The attached patch works
 for me and also does not seem to break anything.
