 I don't think "support" and "issue tracker" belong under "download".  I
 agree that the structure is confusing; I can never find what I'm looking
 for quickly.  Some of the choices make no sense to me; e.g. the "Community
 services" section heading is a link to a generic page which describes the
 toolkit, which would probably be better off in "About".  This looks like a
 mistake; likely nobody clicks on the section headings because they don't
 realise that they contain content different to the sub-pages. Also, the
 documentation section is all about Cactus, without making that clear, even
 though the ET claims to be more general than Cactus.  Maybe it's time for
 a cleanup of the structure of the sidebar.
