 Barry and I have regenerated the ThornDoc to be current, and added a PHP
 index.  You can see the results at
 http://einsteintoolkit.org/documentation/ThornDoc/.  I suggest that the
 current link to the ThornGuide on the main page be replaced with a link to
 this.
