 Patches are committed. Thanks for the single page - this should make
 searches trivial. It also means that the current ThornDoc on the web page
 is better than the ThornGuide. Can you please remove the link to the
 ThornGuide (and possibly also the ThornGuide itself, as it was shown to be
 wrong anyway)?
