 One way of reducing Formaline's overhead would be to attach the tarballs
 to individual thorns, not to the executable. This way, only those thorns
 that are changed need to be touched, and the tarballs are built earlier in
 the build process and thus can overlap with compiler invokations of other
 thorns.
