Comment (by hinder):

 The disabled PETSc-related thorns in the standard ET thornlist are now
 enabled for the Jenkins build.  See
 https://build.barrywardell.net/job/EinsteinToolkit/295/console for the
 build log.  There are some warnings about the compiler being used; are
 these OK?
