 I was able to build with the current ubuntu.cfg in simfactory for Ubuntu
 14.04.2 LTS without any serious problem. You do have to install libnuma-
 dev though. There is quite a bit of annoying warning messages of the kind:

 Warning: Nonexistent include directory
 "/home/bruno/tmp/ET_git_dev/Cactus/arrangements/EinsteinEvolve/GRHydro/src/include"
 ...
 }}}

 I don't know yet exactly where they are coming from. I will increase
 verbosity and build on one process only to find out.
