 SphericalHarmonicReconGen tests fail on comet. The failures go away if one
 compiles with {{{-O3 -no-fma}}} rather than {{{-Ofast}}}. I suggest to
 increase test tolerance so that they pass since the difference is
 effectively due to amplified roundoff level differences.
