 It seems the correct solution is to use either {{{tacc_affinity}}} or
 {{{numactl}}} in the run script, and to NOT set {{{KMP_AFFINITY}}}.
 Alternatively, letting Slurm define the affinity and doing nothing else
 should also work, if Slurm is set up correctly, which it likely is.
