 OK, so the tests that fail with this change are:

     magnetizedTOV (from IllinoisGRMHD)
     ML_CCZ4_sgw3d (from ML_CCZ4_Test)
     ML_CCZ4_sgw3d_rhs (from ML_CCZ4_Test)
     expressions (from TestPar)
 }}}
 Line 16 of ML_CCZ4_sgw3d_rhs.par assigns 1.0 to advectLapse (which is an
 INT). ML_CCZ4_sgw3d does this on line 15. Line 133 of magnetizedTOV.par
 sets evolveA with 1.0, and it's a real. If we are going to make this
 change, we will need to update these thorns.
