Comment (by knarf):

 The question is: should Cactus succeed (even if verbose) in that case? If
 OpenBLAS is selected, shouldn't that mean that a failure to compile it
 should produce an error? Output while compiling can easily be overlooked,
 especially if in the end compiling succeeds.
