 Strictly speaking as long as it was documented the way it is right now in
 the previous release then the interpretation of having it in the middle of
 a token is valid and we must support it even if we don't know of a single
 file that uses it. I do not think we should assume that because we do not
 use a feature that it is not used at all since there are many groups that
 use Cactus but are not eg part of the Einstein Toolkit or may not even use
 it for numerical relativity so are not aware of any discussion on the ET
 users list or its trac system.
