 To help understand how many people are using the toolkit, we could add an
 option to the build process (or simfactory setup?) which asks, one time,
 if a message can be sent to an ET server to track the number of users.
 Optionally, the user might offer to provide more info, such as what they
 are using the toolkit for.  Suggested at ET workshop, August 2017.
